Mrs.Paethongtarn Shinawatra resigned as Prime Minister of Thailand at midnight of the 18th, approaching the 19th of June 2025.

Palang Pracharath,  The Palang Pracharath Party is concerned about the situation and the implementation of the internal security policy of Ms.Paethongtarn Shinawatra, the Prime Minister, which clearly reflects the weakness and lack of negotiation to resolve the dispute between Thailand and Cambodia, which has affected the government, the people, and the civilized country by relying on personal relations to negotiate with the country along with expressing words that insult the dignity of the country's security forces, making it difficult for the Thai people. Therefore, it is appropriate for the Prime Minister to announce his resignation to address the incident that occurred. As I have worked in security throughout my life, as I said in the no-confidence debate in the parliament, security is not an easy matter. It requires knowledge and understanding in many dimensions. Being an expert in national security is not a stage for amateurs to practice their skills, and ultimately, something that harms the entire country occurs. This is proof that Thailand has a leader who will lead the country to ruin under the leadership of the current Prime Minister. I stand with all Thai brothers and sisters, all Thai soldiers, on the land of Thailand, where the great king is the guardian, and the land of Thailand must belong to the Thai people. We must not allow anyone to invade, absolutely. Love the nation, Yingcheep General Prawit Wongsuwan June 18, 2015
Hun Sen's audio clip shakes Paethongtarn's government, voices of opposition continue to rise, and there are only two political options: resign to stay or dissolve parliament to clear the deck. The political situation of the "Paethongtarn 1" government has reached a very fragile point after the leaked audio clip of the conversation between Ms. Paethongtarn Shinawatra, the Prime Minister, and Samdech Hun Sen, the President of the Cambodian Senate, emerged, which has become a source of criticism both inside and outside the parliament. Although the Prime Minister himself came out to announce that "the audio is real", he insisted that the content was edited, distorted intentions, and denied any conflict with the military. However, the wave of suspicion has not decreased, but has only intensified among the opposition, the media, and online society. Therefore, a big question has arisen in society: should the solution to this situation be "resignation" to show personal responsibility or "dissolution of parliament" to reset power back to the people completely?
