The second category is active citizens who become victims because of the incorrect state system. This second type of person has a high national conscience, hates social injustice, and is always looking for ways to make the country a better place.
The third type is the general innocent, who are the parents, relatives, or friends of the second type who become victims because they are accused of being opponents or hostages.
